Vendor Hub

Sell to every thrift store and ReStore on the network from one catalog.

Thrift stores and Habitat ReStores buy more than people think: hangers and tags by the case, bags, cleaning supplies, fixtures, and new goods they resell next to the donations. Today they find you through a sales rep, a catalog in a drawer, or not at all. The Vendor Hub puts your products inside the back office of every ThriftFlowPOS store, where the manager builds a cart and sends you a purchase order without leaving the system that runs the register.

How it works

Four steps, and the first three take an afternoon.

1ApplyCompany, contact, what you sell, lead times and delivery area. Two minutes.
2Get approvedWe review every vendor by hand. Approved vendors get a login to their own catalog and order desk.
3List your productsName, photo, price, unit, minimum order, SKU. Type your own categories. Upload a CSV for a big catalog, or link your Shopify store and let it sync every night.
4Stores orderQuote requests and purchase orders arrive on your order desk. Accept, decline, or mark shipped with tracking, and the store sees the status inside its POS.

Who is buying

Every store running ThriftFlowPOS sees the same marketplace in its back office: a storefront with search, category and vendor filters, product pages, a cart grouped by vendor, and one button that turns the cart into purchase orders.

Habitat ReStores

Building materials, paint, hardware, flooring and lighting overstock, plus the supplies every store burns through: tags, hangers, bags, shelving, carts.

Independent and faith-based thrift stores

Hangers by the thousand, color tags, pricing guns and labels, garment racks, bins and totes, cleaning and odor control, bags.

Resale and consignment shops

Fixtures, mannequins, steamers, tagging guns, boutique bags and tissue, and new accessory lines sold next to secondhand clothing.

What you get as a vendor

Your catalog, your control

  • Edit prices, photos, minimums and stock any time; changes reach every store on the next nightly sync
  • Categories are yours to name; stores filter on whatever you typed
  • Bulk CSV upload for hundreds of products
  • Shopify link: paste a read-only token once and your Shopify catalog mirrors itself every night, and products you remove disappear from the stores

An order desk, not an inbox

  • Every quote request and purchase order lands on your desk with quantities, the store, and a note
  • Accept, decline, or mark shipped with carrier and tracking
  • The store's purchasing record updates itself: no "did you get my PO" emails

No storefront to build, nothing to list twice

  • Stores browse inside the POS they already use every day
  • One catalog reaches every store on the network, with new stores joining as ThriftFlow grows
  • Free to list. We will tell you well before any fee ever applies, and you can leave any time

What it costs. Nothing to apply and nothing to list. Stores pay for ThriftFlowPOS; vendors do not pay to be in it. If that changes, every vendor hears about it from us first, in writing, with time to decide.

Questions vendors ask

Who approves me, and how long does it take?

A person at ThriftFlow reads every application. Most are answered within two business days. We are looking for real suppliers of things thrift stores use or resell, with a way to ship or deliver in the United States.

Do stores pay through the Hub?

No. The Hub carries the quote request and the purchase order. You invoice and collect the way you already do, on your own terms. Payment in the middle is something we may add once the network is large enough to make it worth it, and only with vendors who want it.

Can I limit where I ship or set minimums?

Yes. Minimum order quantity is a field on every product, and your delivery area goes on your profile so stores see it before they ask. You can decline any order from your desk.

I already have a Shopify store. Do I have to retype everything?

No. On your vendor page, paste a read-only Shopify token once. Your products, prices and photos mirror into the Hub that night and every night after. Products you unpublish on Shopify vanish from the stores.

How do stores find me?

Inside their POS, under Shop the Marketplace: search, category and vendor filters, and product pages with your photos, minimums and lead time. New stores join the network as ThriftFlowPOS grows, and they all see the same catalog.

What should I list first?

The things a store reorders every month. Hangers, tags, bags, cleaning supplies and fixtures get the first orders. If you supply new goods for resale, lead with what moves at a ReStore: paint, hardware, flooring, lighting, mattresses.

Put your catalog in front of every store on the network.

Apply in two minutes. When you are approved, you are live.
